About Calvin:
Calvin Theobald graduated from Montclair State University with a B.F.A. in Film. Though he was in school for film, Calvin worked in the oil industry for years before following his passion to pursue more creative and inspired work. Calvin started out his film career by producing, directing, and shooting his own eSports documentary, King of Chinatown. After securing distribution for King of Chinatown on iTunes, Amazon, & Hulu, Calvin worked as an exclusive Freelancer for MLB & NHL Network.
Calvin has since taken on additional freelance opportunities at the NY Jets, CBS, Dale Carnegie, and various independent projects & start ups. These opportunities came about at the recommendations of previous colleagues and/or managers who knew Calvin’s work ethic and skill sets.
If there is one thing to know about Calvin, it is that he brings an entrepreneurial spirit to every project he takes on, as if it were his own. Calvin goes above and beyond to blend creativity and technical expertise to execute and exceed expectations throughout the entire production process. Calvin always welcomes the opportunity to meet new people and discuss new projects!
